San Francisco시내쪽 전경과 금문교

1849년 금이 발견된 이후부터 급속히 발전하기 시작한 도시로

그 유명한 금문교가 이곳에 있다.

베이브리지를 건너 섬으로 와서 샌프란시내를 바라다본 전경이다.

여기를 오는 길도 어느분을 안내하다 잘 못들어서서

하는수없이 다리를 건너 중간에서 턴을 하려

섬으로 들어왔는데 글쎄 그곳에서 본 전경이 기가막혀서

다음부터는 이곳을 하나의 코스로 해서 왔던 기억이 난다.

1868년에는 군사감옥이 있었고

63년까지는연방교도소가 있었던 바위섬(Alcatraz Island)이다.

베이지역에 최초로 등대가 세워졌던 섬이다.

금문교(Golden Gate Bridge) 기념비와 다리 전경이다.
